We’re Joanna and John, a husband-and-wife team with over 18 years of first-hand experience as landlords. After managing our own rental properties for nearly two decades, we saw an opportunity to create something better—a property management service that’s personal. Reliable, and genuinely invested in the success of each property and landlord we work with.

We launched M&T Properties with a simple promise: to treat every property as if it were our own. We’re based in Solihull, South Birmingham and surrounding areas and bring a hands-on, family-run approach to residential property management.
